Minor Honor Programs is stated below, which has been offered to Undergraduate students in 2014-2015 Academic Year Fall Semester:
- Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry
- Art Theory and Criticism, Psychology, Philosophy, Gender Studies
- Entrepreneurship, Finance
Applications to Minor Honor Programs:
Students can apply for the Minor Honor Programs at the beginning of the semester following their major declaration. Students have to submit a written petition and their transcripts to FENS for Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry minor honor programs; FASS for Art Theory and Criticism, Psychology, Philosophy and Gender Studies minor honor programs; SOM for Entrepreneurship and Finance minor honor program until February 12th, 2015
To Evaluate an Application for Minor Honor Programs:
A-) For Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Art Theory and Criticism Minor Honor Programs;
- During the application, to have a minimum CPGA* and GPA* of 3.00 by the end of the span8 semester attended.
- The application should be accepted by the decision of the relevant Faculty Board.
- Students can apply for Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Art Theory and Criticism minor honor programs in the begining of 8th semester at latest.
B-) For Psychology, Philosophy, Gender Studies, Finance and Entrepreneurship Minor Honor Programs;
- During the application, to have a minimum CPGA* and GPA* of 3.00 by the end of the span8 semester attended.
- The application should be accepted by the decision of the relevant Faculty Board.
- During the application, to be successful in all taken the included in GPA* courses.
- Students can apply for Psyhchology, Philosophy, Gender Studies, Finance and Entrepreneurship minor honor programs in the begining of 6th semester at latest.
- The registration to the Minor Honor Programs is terminated in case that the student does not take any courses of the Minor Honor Program for two successive semesters.
* CPGA and GPA are calculated with SU credits.
