Politics and Media Summit from Politics Club and IPC
Policy and Media summit was held in (February13, 2016) Karaköy, Minerva Han with contributions of Sabanci University Policy Club and the Istanbul Policy Center (IPC). Summit occurred with four different head of the subjects and participation of eight different speakers. Many students joined to program from Sabancı University as well as other high quality universities in Istanbul.
“Conflict Resolution: Negotiation and Mediation Workshop” was held between May 1-6 at İstanbul Green Park Bostanci. The workshop was supported by Unicef, Habitat and IYLA. Most participants were from conflict prone zones such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Afghanistan. Graduate students from Conflict Analysis and Resolution program talked about the basic processes of conflict analysis, negotiation, mediation, with the guidance of Nimet Beriker.
